Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a. of Law 38/2003 of November 17, General on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/es/index)) and on the website of the Provincial Council of Palencia (http://www.diputaciondepalencia.es) in the “aid and subsidies” section. First.-Beneficiaries: City councils of the province of Palencia with a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants. Second.-Object: The object of this call is the granting of aid to City Councils of municipalities in the province of Palencia, for the preparation of urban planning instruments. Third.-Eligible actions. The expenses to be subsidized must refer to: Preparation of general urban planning instruments, including reviews and modifications of public interest. Preparation of urban development planning instruments: special plans for interior reform and partial plans for public initiative. Fourth.-Amount: The total amount of the subsidies amounts to the amount of 150,000 euros. The maximum amount of the subsidy awarded may not exceed 70% of the requested budget. Fifth.-Deadline for submitting applications. The deadline for submitting applications will be ten business days from the day following the publication of the call in the B.O.P. from Palencia. Sixth.-The annexes and other documentation corresponding to this call will be available to interested parties at the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Palencia https://sede.diputaciondepalencia.es
