Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Non-profit Cultural Associations based in municipalities of the province of Valladolid with less than 20,000 inhabitants whose main statutory purpose is the carrying out of purely cultural activities and which are registered in the corresponding registry. Second. Object. Financing the operation and carrying out activities of Cultural Associations during the year 2024. Third. Regulatory bases. General Ordinance on Subsidies of the Provincial Council of Valladolid (B.O.P. of Valladolid of March 6, 2006). Room. Amount. ? Total amount: 50,000.00 euros. ? Maximum amount per beneficiary: 2,500.00 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline. 30 business days from the day following the publication of this extract in the B.O.P. from Valladolid. Sixth. Other information of interest. - Eligible expenses: expenses related to the operation and development of activities carried out in 2024, including transportation, maintenance and protocol expenses. In addition, the following expenses will be eligible for subsidies: hiring of artistic and cultural services, acquisition of consumable goods, rental of necessary goods, advertising, lodging, insurance, and training. Personnel and operation and maintenance expenses of the association only after accreditation that they are essential for the adequate preparation or execution of the activity, which correspond to the period in which the subsidized activity is actually carried out, and up to a maximum of 10% of the subsidy granted. In addition to the expenses excluded according to the LGS, investment expenses will not be eligible for subsidies. - Compatibility: yes, although the three lines of subsidy managed by the Education and Culture Service of the Provincial Council of Valladolid aimed at cultural associations in 2024 will be incompatible with each other, that is, subsidies for the operation and development of activities and those specific to dance groups and music bands. - Applications: online: https://www.sede.diputaciondevalladolid.es/tramites-disponibles/CULSUB/ - Documentation: as provided in the tenth base of the call. - Assessment criteria: uniqueness and quality of the project, population of the municipality where the association is located, number of members and balanced budget of expenses and income from the subsidized activities. - Payment method: after justifying the expense. - Form of justification: through the presentation of a report and a classified list of expenses, in the terms provided in the twentieth base of the call. - Maximum justification period: November 20, 2024. However, those subsidized activities that end after this date may be justified within a period of one month from their completion, after notifying the Education and Culture Service of the Valladolid Provincial Council.
