Extract of the agreement of the Local Government Board of the Ascó City Council dated February 9, 2024, which calls for subsidies for the birth or adoption of children. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Database of Subsidies (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans):First.- PurposeProvide financial support to the families of Ascó and contribute to the extraordinary needs implied by the increase in sons and daughters by birth or adoption.Second.- BeneficiariesThe beneficiaries will be the father or mother, who exercises parental authority over the minor, or the legal guardian of the born son or daughter or adopted.Third.- AmountThe amount of the subsidy will be €1,000 for the birth or adoption of each child.Fourth.- Regulatory basesSpecific bases published in the BOP of Tarragona no. 217 of November 15, 2016 and modified according to publication in the BOP of Tarragona of February 23, 2021.
