Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. The following may be beneficiaries of these subsidies: a) Non-profit Entities and Associations legally constituted and duly registered in the General Registry of Associations of the Government of La Rioja, whose registered office is in the municipality of Agoncillo and meet the other requirements established by regulation. b) Exceptionally, subsidies may be granted to natural persons residing in the Municipality, when they present projects of special interest to the City Council, provided that they meet the other requirements of this Ordinance. Second. Object. Collaborate in the financing of expenses incurred by carrying out cultural, sports, youth, educational, social, neighborhood or leisure activities for the year 2024 according to the provisions of the third base of the call. Third. Boundaries. Those provided for in the fourth base of the call. The amount of the subsidy will not exceed in any case 75% of the cost of the activity to which it applies. Room. Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies are contained in the Regulatory Ordinance of the procedure for granting and managing subsidies and aid, approved on June 4, 2001, and published in the Official Gazette of La Rioja no. 105 of September 1, 2001, and correction of errors published in BOR no. 49 of the Municipal Budget Execution Bases in force. Fifth. Amount of aid. The budget appropriations to which the subsidy is allocated are the following: Budget application: 326.48901 Denomination: To families and non-profit institutions (Complementary educational services) Maximum total amount of the subsidies called: €2,500.00 Budget application: 334.48903 Denomination: Other transfers (Cultural promotion) Maximum total amount of the subsidies called: €12,000.00 Budget application: 338.48903 Denomination: Other transfers (Popular festivals and celebrations) Maximum total amount of subsidies called: €5,550.00 Sixth. Application submission deadline. The applications, duly signed, must be submitted to the General Electronic Registry of the City Council accompanied by the documentation established in the seventh base of the Call. The deadline for submitting applications and documents will begin from the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of La Rioja, ending on April 30 of the corresponding year.
