Official description of the call
BDNS (id): 744382 First. Beneficiaries: 1. Public or private, non-profit legal entities, defined in article 2.1.B) of Order ECD/76/2016, of July 1, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime for carrying out interventions in the field of international cooperation for development, which meet the requirements demanded therein, may be beneficiaries of the subsidies called for by this call, with the exception than indicated in section d), given the nature of the subsidy, motivated by reasons of humanitarian and social interest. 2. Groups of legally constituted natural or legal persons, public or private, who, due to the purposes, object or scope of the activity, can carry out the actions that motivate the granting of the subsidy, and who meet the requirements established for the subsidy line of this call, may also participate in the call. The members of the group must meet the requirements indicated in the previous section. Second. Purpose: 1. The purpose of this resolution is to call for subsidies, under a competitive competition regime, for the implementation of the Interventions defined in article 1.1.B) of Order ECD/76/2016, of July 1, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime for the implementation of interventions in the field of international development cooperation (BOC No. 135, of July 13, 2016). Third. Regulatory bases: The call resolution is governed by the provisions of Order ECD/76/2016, of July 1, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies under competitive competition for the implementation of interventions in the field of international cooperation for development (BOC no. 135, of July 13, 2016). Room. Amount: 1. The maximum global amount of this call is set at four hundred thousand euros (€400,000), which will be attributed to the budget application 03.08.144A.781.01 of the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria for the year 2024. 2. The subsidies will be granted within the limits of the maximum credit provided for in this call according to the order of priority established based on the score obtained. 3. The individualized amount of the subsidy may not exceed 80% of the total cost of the intervention, nor the amount of €60,000, given that the maximum total cost of the eligible intervention will be €75,000 Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: 20 business days, counted from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of Cantabria. Sixth. Documentation The application and the ANNEXES of the call can be obtained on the Institutional Portal of the Government of Cantabria, https://www.cantabria.es/web/atencion-a-la-ciudadania/ayudas-y-subvenciones, in the BDNS and will be accompanied by the documentation indicated in section 3 of article 6 of the Call Resolution.
