Official description of the call
First.-. Beneficiaries. Athletes of individual sports disciplines, registered in Arroyo de la Encomienda, 2 years prior to the publication of the call, even if they do not belong to any club in the municipality registered in the Registry of Arroyo Associations. Athletes of individual sports disciplines, even if they do not have registered status, who belong to a Club registered in the Registry of Sports Associations of the municipality, with a minimum notice of 2 years from the publication of the call. In both cases, they will be required to be non-professional athletes, with a federation record in the year of assessment of the merits and that is in force at the time of submission of the application, exclusively in individual sports, issued by the corresponding official regional or national Federation recognized by the Higher Sports Council. The ages are between 10 and 26 years old, taking as reference the date of publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province. The applicant must have a NIF and an account opened in his/her name. If you do not have a NIF, along with the scholarship application you must provide proof of having made an appointment to obtain it. Second.-. Object and purpose of the scholarships. The City Council of Arroyo de la Encomienda calls for the granting of scholarships, on a competitive basis, for young athletes who have stood out for their sporting achievements and for their participation in sports competitions, inserted in the calendar of the corresponding Federations, scheduled for the set season, which, for these purposes, runs from January 1 to December 31, 2023. The purpose of these is to support sports practice and facilitate the performance of athletes. appreciate his special dedication to sport. In turn, the dissemination of the municipality of Arroyo de la Encomienda in sporting events that take place throughout the regional, national or international geography. Third.-. Regulatory bases. General Ordinance on Subsidies of the Arroyo de la Encomienda City Council, approved by Plenary Agreement dated February 24, 2021, published in the B.P of Valladolid No. 88, dated May 11, 2021. Fourth.-. Amount. The maximum global amount amounts to 12,500 euros, charged to budget application 3411,481.00, Awards and Scholarships, of the City Council's budget for the year 2024, with sufficient credit available, however, the City Council reserves the right not to use the entire amount of the aforementioned amount. The amount awarded to each athlete may not exceed the amount of 1,500 euros in any case. If, by application of the assessment and evaluation criteria, articles 5 and 9 of this call, the resulting amount of an applicant exceeds €1,500, that amount will be distributed among the rest of the applicants, proceeding to the corresponding proration. Fifth.-. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be ten business days (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are excluded), counting from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province. Sixth.-. Other information of interest. Requirements: those provided for in article 4 of the call. Compatibility: yes. Requests: Through the usual channels. Documentation: that provided for in article 7 of the call. Assessment criteria: those provided for in article 5 of the call. Payment method: Payment will be made by bank transfer to the Iban number indicated in the application, once the scholarship has been awarded.
