Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries City councils of the province of Palencia, whose municipalities have a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants. Second.- Object and purpose To facilitate the municipalities of the province with the opening, equipment and operation of youth information points, encouraging the hiring of youth facilitators/informers, the carrying out of activities aimed at young people and providing the spaces with the necessary equipment so that young people can enjoy responsible and healthy leisure in their free time. Third.- Subsidy actions Line A: Eligible expenses must refer to labor costs due to hiring, extensions of contracts and/or extensions of the working hours of people who are in charge of the Youth Information Services. Line B: Expenses incurred and directly related to the organization of activities aimed at the youth of the municipality. Line C: Acquisition of audiovisual equipment, telecommunications, computer equipment, recreational-educational or similar material (board games, video games), etc. Fourth.- Amount The total amount of aid amounts to 124,000 euros, distributed as follows: Line A, hiring of youth informants/stimulators: €65,000, entered in item 43.23117.46202.04A of the budget of this Corporation for the year 2024. Line B, youth activities: the amount of €29,000, charged to the budget application 43.23117.46201.047 of the Provincial Council of Palencia for the year 2024. Line C, equipment: the amount of €30,000, charged to the budget application 43.23117.76202.047 of the Provincial Council of Palencia for the year 2024. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 business days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Palencia. If the last day of the period is a non-business day, Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it will be deemed extended to the first following business day. Sixth.- Annexes and documentation The annexes and other documentation corresponding to this call will be available to interested parties at the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Palencia https://sede.diputaciondepalencia.es/siac/Procedimientos.aspx?#p10.
