OF THE REY JUAN CARLOS UNIVERSITY BY WHICH THE RULES AND CALL FOR SANTANDER ERASMUS SCHOLARSHIPS, FINANCED BY THE SANTANDER BANK, TO CARRY OUT STUDIES IN THE 2024/2025 ACADEMIC YEAR WITHIN THE ERASMUS + BDNS PROGRAM, ARE APPROVED AND MADE PUBLIC RESOLUTION OF THE RECTOR MAGFCO. OF THE REY JUAN CARLOS UNIVERSITY BY WHICH THE RULES AND CALL FOR SANTANDER ERASMUS SCHOLARSHIPS, FINANCED BY THE SANTANDER BANK, ARE APPROVED AND MADE PUBLIC, TO CARRY OUT STUDIES IN THE 2024/2025 ACADEMIC YEAR WITHIN THE ERASMUS + PROGRAM In accordance with the provisions of the articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the Call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First Beneficiaries For all scholarships: Have been granted an exchange place within the Program Erasmus+ through this call. For one of the €1,000 scholarships: Present a disability equal to or greater than 33%. For the other €1,000 scholarship. Have been a beneficiary of a socioeconomic scholarship from the Ministry in the current academic year, that is, being a beneficiary of a general scholarship from the formerly known as the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training. At the same time, every student who opts for a Santander Erasmus scholarship must register compulsorily on the website: www.becas-santander.com Second Object Banco Santander, according to an agreement signed with the Conference of Rectors of Spanish Universities (CRUE), has created the “Santander Erasmus Scholarships” Program with the aim of helping university students who obtain Erasmus+ places in the 2024/2025 academic year, thus promoting mobility and training of students within the European Union. To this end, the Rey Juan Carlos University, in accordance with the collaboration agreement with Banco Santander, announces through this call a total of FORTY-SIX SCHOLARSHIPS intended for students who have been granted an Erasmus+ study place for the 2024/2025 academic year. These scholarships will be divided into 2 scholarships of €1,000 each and 44 scholarships of €500 each. Third Regulatory bases The information related to the call can be found on the University website: https://sede.urjc.es and at https://urjc.es Fourth Amount 46 scholarships are being called for students who have been granted an Erasmus+ study place for the 2024/2025 academic year. These scholarships will be divided into 2 scholarships of €1,000 each and 44 scholarships of €500 each. The amount of this call for Erasmus Santander scholarships will be charged to the budget application 30VCRISR 423A 483.06 for a total of 24,000 euros from the URJC budget for the year 2024. Fifth Deadline and submission of applications The deadline for submitting online applications will be 15 business days from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid (BOCM), after sending this resolution to the National Subsidies Database (BDNS). The application will be submitted online, without prejudice to the provisions of article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Students must fill out within the established deadlines the electronic form that will be available on the URJC website at the following link: https://sede.urjc.es/catalogo-de-servicios/BSANTANDER Sixth Granting Procedure The procedure for granting scholarships will be governed by the competitive competition system, in accordance with the provisions of articles 22.1 and 23.2.d of Law 38/2003, General of Subsidies. The entire process of submitting applications, awarding and waiving aid will be the responsibility of the Vice-Rector for International Relations of the URJC, which will be the Instructing Body. The selection of the beneficiaries will be made by the Assessment Commission of this call, which will be made up of: Ms. María Luisa Humanes Humanes, Vice-Rector for International Relations, Mr. Pablo T.
