Official description of the call
Extract Call for the granting of aid for the acquisition of publicly owned residential urban land plots. First. Beneficiaries. Natural persons of legal age who are in a position to sign a public deed of acquisition and who meet the requirements regulated in these bases may be beneficiaries, as long as they do not fall under any of the prohibition causes of article 13 of Law 38/2003, General Subsidies. Second. Requirements: Natural persons requesting aid must also meet the following requirements: a) Be a natural person of legal age and be up to thirty-five years old, (inclusive), at the time of requesting aid. b) Possess Spanish nationality, or that of any of the Member States of the European Union or the European Economic Area, and Switzerland. In the case of non-EU foreigners, they must be in a situation of regular stay or residence in Spain c) Be registered in the Municipality of Valderrubio with a date prior to the publication of the call. d) Not having received an annual income greater than 5 times the Public Indicator of Multiple Effects Income (IPREM) corresponding to the period to which said income refers, considering 14 annual payments e) The applicant, or any other member of the family or cohabitation unit (to Valderrubio City Council for the purposes of the personal income tax return) who resides in the home, may not be the owner or usufructuary of any home in Spain. For these purposes, it will not be considered that a person is the owner or usufructuary of a home if the right falls only on an aliquot part of it and has been obtained by inheritance. Exceptions from this requirement will be those who are owners of a home and can prove its unavailability due to separation or divorce, or when the home is inaccessible due to the disability of the owner or another person in the cohabitation unit. f) Those who fall into any of the circumstances provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiary of this aid. Third. Eligible Expenses: The purpose of the call regulated in these rules is to regulate aid for the acquisition of publicly owned residential urban land plots, as well as the construction of housing on said plots under a competitive competition regime and through an open and permanent call, during the year 2024. Fourth. Budget credit and item: The following subsidy sections and lines are established, charged to budget application 152/78000 of the 2024 Municipal Budget with a maximum total amount to be granted of €39,000.00: - Acquisition of municipal plots of urban land for residential use. Fifth. Application Deadline: The deadline for submitting applications will be calculated from the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Granada, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database and will end on December 31, 2024.
