Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. The Municipalities of the province of Valladolid with a population of no more than 20,000 inhabitants, Minor Local Entities and Associations of Municipalities. Second. Object. Urgent repair works on municipal infrastructure, facilities or equipment that aim to solve a damage caused by unforeseen and sufficiently motivated causes; emergency works in order to avoid irreparable damage, or excess works included in Provincial Plans. Likewise, repairs to installations associated with the minimum mandatory services included in art. 26 of Law 7/1985 that guarantee their adequate provision and investments aimed at improving urban road accessibility. They will not be the subject of this call: ? The maintenance costs of infrastructure or municipal facilities. ? The maintenance costs of municipal equipment, except for breakdowns that occur during the eligible period that make its use difficult or impossible. ? The new equipment. ? Paving or urbanization works that exceed what is necessary to solve breakdowns in the supply and sanitation networks, or to repair potholes or sinkholes. ? The other expenses generated by the execution of investments such as the fees for drafting the technical projects of works and/or services, as well as the management and coordination fees in matters of safety and health carried out during their execution. ? Personnel expenses for works carried out by the staff of the Local Entity. ? Generic supplies of material (cement, sand, etc.) if the work for which they are intended is not justified and defined. Third. Regulatory bases. General Ordinance on Subsidies of the Provincial Council of Valladolid (B.O.P. of the Province of Valladolid of March 6, 2006). Room. Amount. The estimated budget of this call is Eight Hundred and Twenty-Five Thousand euros (€825,000), charged to budget application 403.45904.76200 of the Budget of the Provincial Council of Valladolid for the year 2024. Exceptionally in accordance with art. 58.2 of Royal Decree 887/2006 of June 21, which approves the Regulation of Law 38/2003 of November 17, General of Subsidies, an additional amount of One Hundred Thousand euros (100,000 euros) is established for this call, the application of which to the granting of subsidies will not require a new call. The effectiveness of this additional amount is conditional on the declaration of availability of the corresponding credit, for the maximum amount of that amount and prior approval of the budget modification that is appropriate at a time prior to the resolution of the granting of the subsidy. The amount of each subsidy may not exceed 65% of the cost of the investment made nor, in any case, the amount of Six Thousand Euros (€6,000), therefore requiring the beneficiary Local Entities to contribute as their own financing (or obtained through other means) the remaining amount of the total amount of the investments made. Fifth. Application submission deadline. From the day following the publication of this call in the BOP of the province of Valladolid, until October 11, 2024 (inclusive). Sixth. Other information of interest. - Eligible expenses: expenses that undoubtedly respond to the nature of the subsidized investment, aimed at solving a loss caused by unforeseen causes or irreparable damage and are carried out between January 1, 2024 and October 11, 2024. Likewise, on an exceptional basis, investments made from October 15 to December 31, 2023 may be financed under this call. that respond to the purpose of the call. - Requests: Requests will be directed to the Ilmo. Mr. President of the Provincial Council and will be presented by any of the means established in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
