Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. Educational centers and non-profit entities in the province of Valladolid. Second. Object. Financing the expenses incurred by hiring collective transportation to carry out tourist routes, tourist visits through the province of Valladolid within the social program of a congress, and transfers outside the province of Valladolid, for the promotion of unique events. Third. Regulatory bases. General Ordinance on Subsidies of the Provincial Council of Valladolid (B.O.P. of Valladolid of March 6, 2006). Room. Amount. ? Total amount: 28,000.00 euros. ? Maximum amount per beneficiary of tourist routes: The amount of each subsidy will be 70% of the cost of the transportation contracted to carry out the activity with a maximum amount of €400.00 per coach. ? Maximum amount per beneficiary of tourist visits within the social program of a congress: the cost of transportation or, at most, €400.00 per coach. ? Maximum amount per beneficiary of transfer outside the province for the promotion of unique events: the cost of transportation or, a maximum of €800.00 per coach. Fifth. Application submission deadline. ? For activities carried out from December 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024, the application submission period will end on May 31, 2024. ? For activities carried out from July 1 to November 30, 2024, the deadline for submitting applications will end on September 30, 2024. Sixth. Other information of interest. - Eligible activities and expenses: those provided for in the fifth and sixth bases of the call. - Compatibility: yes, except with any type of aid that is called by the Provincial Council of Valladolid for the same purpose. - Applications: preferably electronically, at the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council or by any of the means established in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on Common Administrative Procedure. - Documentation: that provided for in the eleventh base of the call. - Assessment criteria: the chronological order of submission of applications for processing, from when the file is complete and based on compliance with the requirements demanded in this call. - Resolution: Two resolutions will be produced throughout the year, one in the month of June and another in the month of November. - Payment method: after presentation of supporting documentation. - Form of justification: by presenting the documentation provided for in the twenty-first basis of the call. - Maximum justification period: 15 calendar days that will be counted from the date of notification of the subsidy resolution.
