Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. The Municipalities of the province of Valladolid with a population of no more than 20,000 inhabitants in which the holder of the position reserved for a Local Administration official with national qualification (FHCN), who belongs to the extinct MUNPAL, is on sick leave and is replaced by another FHCN on an accumulation basis (and exceptionally by any other form of provision, including the appointment of an interim official, with it having to be proven in the file that there is no interested FHCN to perform this position in an accumulation regime and there is a budget allocation), provided that in these cases the City Council has to assume the labor costs of both officials. Second. Object. Financing part of the labor costs of Local Administration civil servants with national qualifications in those cases in which, the owner belonging to the defunct MUNPAL, they are on sick leave and are replaced by another FHCN on an accumulation basis (and exceptionally by any other form of provision, including the appointment of an interim official, with the file having to prove that there is no FHCN interested in performing this position on an accumulation basis and there is a budget allocation), always In these cases, the city council has to assume the labor costs of both officials. Third. Regulatory bases. General Ordinance on Subsidies of the Provincial Council of Valladolid (B.O.P. of the Province of Valladolid of March 6, 2006). Room. Amount. In the Provincial Council's budget for 2024, there is budget application 404 92200.46200 ?Aytos Subsidies. Local Advice?, endowed with 50,000 euros. The maximum amount of subsidy per application may not exceed, in general, 30% of the gross remuneration of the substitute official (in case of accumulation), excluding three-year periods, nor, in any case, the monthly amount of €1,200. In exceptional cases the monthly amount will be €2,200. Fifth. Application submission deadline. From the day following the publication of this call in the BOP of the province of Valladolid and within a period of one month from the date the replacement takes office. Sixth. Other information of interest. - Eligible expenses: Eligible expenses are considered to be those that unquestionably respond to the purpose of this subsidy, that is, the remuneration paid to the official who replaces the holder who is on leave, during the period of duration of the leave, provided that it occurs or is maintained between November 1, 2023 and October 31, 2024. - Applications: Applications will be directed to the Ilmo. Mr. President of the Provincial Council and will be presented in the General Registry of the Excma. Provincial Council or by any of the means established in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Applications will be submitted electronically to the Provincial Council of Valladolid (http://www.sede.diputaciondevalladolid.es), along with all documents related to this call). - Documentation: Applications must be accompanied by: ? Copy of the resolution appointing the official. ? Certificate of possession. ? Assessment criteria: the criteria established in clause 12 of the call will be applied, in the cases included therein.
