Extract from the agreement of the Governing Board of the Ciudad Real Provincial Council, in a session held on 03/05/2024, approving the Call for Subsidies to Sports Clubs for Sports Activities of People with Disabilities 2024. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database at the link indicated below. First.- Beneficiaries: Sports Clubs in the province of Ciudad Real that have a percentage of athletes with disabilities that reaches at least 75% of the total number of athletes in the entity, carry out sports activities for people with disabilities during the year 2024, request it in accordance with the content of this call and certify that the athletes with disabilities in the entity have a degree of disability equal to or greater than 33% may benefit from this call. Sports Clubs must be constituted according to article 45, of Law 5/2015, of March 26, on Physical Activity and Sports of Castilla-La Mancha and must be registered in the Registry of Sports Entities of Castilla-La Mancha. The Occupational Center Clubs dependent on the town councils are not considered beneficiaries of this call. Sports Clubs that are the subject of a specific agreement with the Provincial Council of Ciudad Real for the year 2024, for the preparation, development or organization of sports activities, are excluded from this call. Second.- Object: Subsidies are hereby called for the Sports Clubs of the province of Ciudad Real, in order to energize and support the sporting activity carried out by these entities with athletes with some type of disability from January 1 to November 1, 2024. Third.- Regulatory Bases: The regulatory bases are contained in the General Ordinance Regulating the bases for the Granting of Subsidies of the Provincial Council of Ciudad Real, approved by the Plenary Session of the Corporation dated April 29, 2022 (BOP no. 85 and 121, of May 4 and June 24, 2022). Fourth.- Award criteria: Those contained in the call itself. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 calendar days, counted from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province. Sixth.- Other information: The applications derived from this call, and the rest of the procedures that may apply, must be carried out only electronically.
