Official description of the call
EXTRACT from the Order of March 12, 2024, of the Minister of Social Welfare and Family, which calls for aid to young people who participate in youth free-time activities during the months of March to September of the 2024 financial year, of the Aragonese Youth Institute. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First. Object. Call for aid to young people who participate in youth free-time activities in the modalities of urban colonies, colonies, camps and youth volunteer camps, to be carried out during the months of March to September 2024, in Spanish territory, including our Autonomous Community, by young people under 18 years of age, who prove registration in a municipality of Aragon with effective residence at least one year before the start of the eligible activity. Second. Beneficiaries. The beneficiaries of the aid regulated in this Order may be young people who are under 18 years of age at the time of starting the activity that is the subject of the subsidy and who, during this period, participate in youth free-time activities in the form of urban colonies, camps and youth volunteer camps, and who lack sufficient resources to cover the expenses derived from it in the terms established in this Order. Persons who meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of the aid provided for in this Order: a) Be under 18 years of age. b) Prove registration in a municipality of Aragon with effective residence at least one year before the start of the activity. c) The family unit must not exceed the annual income specified in this order. d) Have participated in a free-time youth activity that promotes the principles and values of the Aragonese Youth Institute in accordance with current regulations, during the months of March to September 2024. e) Be up to date with compliance with tax or Social Security obligations imposed by current provisions. The verification will be optional for the subsidy management body, according to Law 17/2023, of December 22, on the Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Aragon for the year 2024, in its second additional provision, which exempts from compliance with accreditation when the amount of the subsidy or aid does not exceed 1,000 euros per beneficiary per year. f) They must not be included in any of the prohibitions or exclusions included in sections 2 and 3 of article 13 of Law 38/2013, of November 17, General Subsidies. Third. Regulatory Bases Regulatory bases Order CDS/514/2019, of May 8, of the Minister of Citizenship and Social Rights, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of youth subsidies, modified by Order CDS/176/2021, of March 4. Room. Amount The amount available amounts to a maximum amount of €117,010.00 (one hundred and seventeen thousand and ten euros). Fifth. Deadline for submission of applications 1. The father, mother, guardian or person in charge of the custody and protection of the minor, or legal representative, member of the family unit, will formalize the application using the form accessible electronically through the electronic headquarters of the Aragonese Youth Institute according to the model that is accompanied as an application to this Order. 2. Applications must be submitted within one month from the date on which the activity that is the subject of the subsidy was completed. 3. Applications may be submitted to the Document Registration Units of the Government of Aragon, or through the Administrative Information and Documentation Services located in the different Aragonese provinces, without prejudice to the provisions of article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. 4. In the event that the applicants choose to submit their application at a Post Office, they will do so in an open envelope so that the application is dated and sealed by the Post Office official before being certified, as indicated.
