Official description of the call

BDNS (Identif): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the Extract of the Call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in this BOJA and in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/es/index) First. The procedure for granting, on a competitive basis, subsidies in the field of sports, aimed at sports clubs, sports sections and sports limited companies in Andalusia, is called, in order to promote sports practice and help defray the expenses derived from the participation of their teams in official competitions at a national non-professional level and absolute age category, with a league format at the maximum and sub-maximum competition levels (PLN), for the 2023/2024 sports season in the maximum amount of €1,107,719, and charged to the budget items: 1600010000 G/46B/48602/00 01 (PLN modality. Participation in National Leagues of Sports Clubs) 1600010000 G/46B/47000/00 01 (PLN modality. Participation in Leagues National S.A.D.), with €1,077,719 corresponding to the allocation for sports clubs and sports sections and €30,000 to sports corporations, with the granting of the aid subject to this call being limited, in any case, by budgetary availability. Second. Beneficiaries. Sports clubs, sports sections and sports corporations in Andalusia with teams in official non-professional national competitions and absolute age category, with a league format at the maximum and sub-maximum competition levels (PLN modality), for the 2023-2024 sports season. Third. Object. It helps defray the expenses derived from participation in official, non-professional national competitions and absolute age category, with a league format at the maximum and sub-maximum competition levels (PLN modality), in the 2023-2024 sports season. Room. Regulatory bases. This call is regulated by the Order of January 25, 2022, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime aimed at sports clubs, sports sections and sports limited companies in Andalusia, in order to promote the practice of sports and help defray the expenses derived from the participation of their teams in official non-professional national competitions and absolute age category with a league format at the maximum and sub-maximum competition levels. Participation in the National League (PLN) subsidy line (BOJA no. 33 of February 17, 2022). Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be ten business days, counting from the day following the day on which this extract provided for in article 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, is published in the Official Gazette of the Government of Andalusia.
