Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index). First.- Beneficiaries. Owners of beekeeping farms located in the Autonomous Community that meet the requirements established in the Rules and in the Call. Second.- Purpose of the subsidy. This aid aims to compensate beekeepers for all or part of the additional costs and loss of income as a result of the voluntary commitment to distribute their hives in favor of biodiversity, maintaining them for at least the period from April 1 to July 15. Third.- Regulatory bases. They are included in the Resolution of March 9, 2023, of the Ministry of Rural Environment and Territorial Cohesion, BOPA no. 50 of March 14, 2023. Fourth.- Amount. An amount of 400,000 Euros is established, with the following distribution of annuities: 360,000 euros charged to the 2024 budget year and 40,000 euros charged to the 2025 budget year. Fifth.- Application submission deadline. As of the day following the publication of this extract in the BOPA and April 30, 2024. Sixth.- Other data.
