EXHIBIT. CALL EXTRACT Extract from the agreement of the Governing Board of the Provincial Council of Lleida number 10/2024, held in an ordinary session on March 18, 2024, of the call and bases for the granting of subsidies for the financing of the health care action of non-profit entities in the regions of Lleida, annuities 2023-2024. BDNS (_____): The basic determinations of the call are the following: First. Beneficiaries. Non-profit entities registered in the General Registry of Law and Legal Entities of the Generalitat of Catalonia, which carry out activities included in the purpose of this call and whose execution takes place in the district of Lleida, may apply for subsidies from the different programs that are the subject of this call. To obtain the status of beneficiaries of the subsidies, applicants must meet the general requirements and conditions established in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies. Second. Object. The purpose of this call-rules is to structure and establish the criteria and procedure for the granting of subsidies from the Provincial Council of Lleida to non-profit entities in the socio-health field for the financing of action aimed at health assistance, care and support in a broad vision of public and community health in the regions of Lleida. The action programs and eligible activities are: - Activities of direct assistance, care or support for those affected and their families with serious pathologies in any field of physical and mental health. - Primary, secondary, tertiary and quaternary prevention of any pathology. - The health consequences for the migrant population and ethnic minorities, especially for seasonal workers, women, prisoners and children. - Care for the population at risk of social and health exclusion, older people with dependency or social risk, people with functional diversity, social problems derived from mental health, drug addictions or other addictions, affected by HIV and other infections, or social problems and risk of social exclusion. - Awareness and literacy in actions to achieve objective 3. Health and Well-being of the Sustainable Development Goals, to raise awareness of the relationship and impact of the activities carried out on individual, collective and planetary health. Those proposals that are not focused on people's attention, such as those aimed at raising funds, research projects, recreational, festive or competitive sports activities, will not be eligible for aid. Proposals that include actions of religious, political-partisan or evangelization proselytism will not be subject to either. Projects that have an exclusive nature in relation to gender, ethnicity, ideology, religion or any other restriction of the human condition will not be accepted. In the event that the suitability of the activity related to the priority lines and areas of the Health Plan in force at the time of the call and the PINSAP (Interdepartmental and Intersectoral Public Health Plan) of the Department of Health of the Generalitat of Catalonia is not met, the request will be excluded. Third. Regulatory bases. 1. The Plenary Session of the Corporation, in an ordinary session held on May 19, 2022, initially approved the modification of the General Rules regulating the granting of subsidies of the Provincial Council of Lleida and its autonomous bodies, reformulating the Rules approved by the Plenary Session of October 15, 2020, in order to incorporate the possibility of being able to process Rules-Call jointly, provided that these rules do not have the vocation to be incorporated into the regulations of the Provincial Council of Lleida, but rather have a limited temporal application and are intended to specify the regulatory framework applicable to a specific procedure for granting a subsidy. These Bases were definitively approved and recorded through their publication in BOP number 159, of August 19, 2022. 2.
