BDNS (identif.): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatorias Primero. Beneficiaries 1. Volunteer organizations and entities may be beneficiaries of the subsidies included in these bases, according to the definition of them in Law 4/2001, of June 19, of the Generalitat, on Volunteering, whose purposes include the defense and conservation of nature and environmental education, as well as town councils of the Valencian Community. 2. Entities or organizations must have sufficient structure to guarantee compliance with the objectives. 3. Entities or organizations in which any of the circumstances established in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, may not obtain the status of beneficiary of the subsidies regulated in this order. Second. Object Environmental volunteer activities in the area of forest fire prevention, awareness campaigns, education and awareness of visitors in natural and forest areas will be eligible, through actions aimed at the control and information of visitors, the control of compliance with the different applicable regulations, deterrent surveillance, and the application of environmental education programs with special emphasis on knowledge of the forest environment. Third. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases for granting subsidies for Environmental Volunteering in the prevention of forest fires have been approved by Order 21/2016, of August 2, of the Department of Agriculture, Environment, Climate Change and Rural Development, and published in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana no. 7844, dated 08/04/2016. Room. Amount The aid called will be financed from Chapter IV of the Generalitat's expenditure budget for the financial year 2024, approved by Law 8/2023, of December 27, on the Generalitat's budget for the financial year 2024: Management center: G01070302. Subprogram: 442F00. Denomination: Forest fire prevention volunteering. Subsidy line: S0230. Budget allocation: €494,468.20. Origin and amount of funds: own funds. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications for the 2024 financial year will be 20 calendar days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call resolution in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana. Sixth. Application and documentation to be presented 1. In accordance with the provisions of article 14 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure of public administrations, applicants are obliged to interact with the Generalitat through electronic means, so they must submit the applications electronically through the electronic headquarters of the Generalitat at the Internet address: Seede.gva.es/es/proc661, using the corresponding standardized models. available in it. 2. To access the procedure electronically, the applicant must have an advanced electronic signature with the qualified certificate of entity representative issued by the Electronic Technology and Certification Agency of the Valencian Community (ACCV). Likewise, any other electronic signature system accepted by the electronic headquarters of the Generalitat (sede.gva.es/es/sede_certificados) may be used. 3. When you want to process a procedure on behalf of other natural or legal persons, such representation may be granted through the ACCV Registry of Representatives (https://www.accv.es/servicios/registro-de-representantes/). Submitted applications must be signed with the digital certificate of the person submitting the application or, where applicable, with the digital certificate of their representative.
