Official description of the call
1. Object and purpose Subsidies under a competitive competition regime for legally constituted non-profit entities or associations, which within the framework of their statutes contain projects and activities in the civic, solidarity, educational, youth, sports or cultural fields for the promotion of the municipality and that meet all the requirements detailed in point four of the regulatory bases at the time of submitting the application.2. Financial allocation and determination of the budget application The total amount allocated to the call is fifteen thousand euros (€15,000.00) assigned to the budget application: 21 3410 4800000.3. Deadline for submission of applications Applications will be submitted within 10 business days (starting from the day following the publication of the call in the BOP of Girona) through the electronic office of the Bisbal d'Empordà City Council. Amount of subsidies The amount of the subsidy will depend on the evaluation that will be made of the applications submitted. Each application will be evaluated in accordance with the criteria established in the seventh point of the specific regulatory bases and, given the qualification achieved and the budget allocation established in this call, the amount of the subsidy to be granted will be determined. The proposals presented will have a maximum score of 50 points and projects that obtain a minimum score of 25 points will be evaluated on the objective criteria for granting a subsidy.5. Subsidy assessment criteriaThe criteria that will generally be assessed will be the following:a) Introduction and trajectory of the entity: maximum of 3 points.b) Justification and specification of the project: maximum 2 points.c) General and specific objectives: maximum 5 points.d) Organization chart: educational team, tasks, functions and coordination: maximum 5 points.- Description of the organizational structure and its operation.- Description of the functions of each member of the educational team.- Description of the coordination of the educational team.e) Theme of interest and work methodology: maximum 15 points.- Originality of the theme of interest.- Methodology for the development of the activities and the proposed objectives.- Proposals that favor the motivation of the participants based on their concerns and interests.- That the theme of interest favors the learning of local popular culture, in addition to the possible participation of local associations in some of the activities.- The transversality of the activities in aspects such as health, healthy eating, nature, sustainability, social inclusion and equality through the promotion of co-education values.f) Planning of activities and models of weekly planning: maximum 10 points.- Justification of the weekly planning program.- That the planning of activities follows the general and specific objectives.- The variety and originality of the programmed activities.- The dynamization of the morning reception service.g) Relationship with families: maximum 5 points.- Description of the communication channels.- Use of efficient communication channels.- Holding informative meetings prior to the start of the activity.h) Evaluation system: maximum 5 points.- Description of the evaluation system.- Description of the aspects to be assessed.6. Temporal scope of eligible actionsDuring the summer school holidays carried out during the year of the call.7. Deadline to justify subsidiesThe deadline for justifying subsidy expenditure will be until October 30 of the current year.8. Resolution and notification periodThe procedure for granting subsidies must be resolved within a maximum period of 3 months and failure to resolve within this period will be considered dismissal. The notification will be made in accordance with the provisions of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure of public administrations.
