Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Natural persons who meet the following requirements, on the date of submission of the application, may obtain the aid managed through this call: A) They must belong to one of the following groups: 1. Researchers from university research projects. 2. Returning self-employed workers or new entrepreneurs returning to one of the municipalities in the province of Valladolid with less than 20,000 inhabitants who register as self-employed. 3. Employed workers who return to one of the municipalities of the province of Valladolid with less than 20,000 inhabitants when obtaining a work contract in companies in the province. B) Having been born between the years 1988 and 2006, both inclusive. C) Having been born in a municipality in the province of Valladolid that currently has less than 20,000 inhabitants, or having been registered, continuously or not, for at least one year in a municipality in the province of Valladolid with less than 20,000 inhabitants prior to January 1, 2024. D) Having returned to the province of Valladolid after January 1, 2023 from abroad. or from a Spanish province not belonging to the province of Valladolid or intend to return, at most until the date of granting the aid. E) Having resided abroad or outside the province of Valladolid for at least six months prior to return. F) Be or have been abroad or outside the province of Valladolid exercising a professional, work or research activity. In the case of self-employed persons, it will be understood that a professional activity has been carried out when, during the six months prior to returning, one has been working as a self-employed person for at least one month. In the case of employed workers, it will be understood that a work activity has been carried out when during the six months prior to return they have been working as an employed person for at least one month and, at least, part-time. People who have temporarily moved abroad to complete their studies or learn languages are not included in this line of subsidies. G) Be registered in a municipality in the province of Valladolid with less than 20,000 inhabitants on the date of submission of the application or, where appropriate, assume the commitment to register if you are a beneficiary of the subsidy. To determine the population of the municipalities, the latest data published by the INE will be taken into account. H) On the date of submission of the application, be in one of these situations: ? Be registered as self-employed and have the registered office or productive center in a municipality in the province of Valladolid with less than 20,000 inhabitants, or intend to register as self-employed if you are a beneficiary of the subsidy, provided that the registered office or productive center planned is located in a municipality in the province of Valladolid with less than 20,000 inhabitants, at the latest on June 28, 2024. The application will only be accepted, in this case, if not has been effectively returned to the date of submission of the application. ? Employed workers, whose employment contract, concluded or intended to be concluded, is at least half-time and has a duration of no less than six months, as long as they establish their residence in a municipality in the province of Valladolid with less than 20,000 inhabitants, as of June 30, 2024 at the latest. ? Have started or started a research project before June 30, 2024 that concludes before December 31, 2024. Only one application per person and/or family unit will be accepted. Second. Object. For the year 2024, on a competitive basis, subsidies aimed at young people born in the province of Valladolid are being called for the promotion of measures that encourage their return, and their subsequent permanence. This line of subsidies is part of the VI Provincial Youth Plan 2024-2027 (measure 68), specifically in the "Attraction and retention of youth talent" program. with measures to promote the establishment and return of those who develop or have developed their professional or work activity outside our province.
