Official description of the call
OBJECT: Strengthen and consolidate the associative movement whose purpose is to promote citizen participation in public affairs. BENEFICIARIES: The call is directed to all those entities with registered offices in the territorial area of the Triana District that are registered in the Registry of Citizen Entities and whose purpose is the defense of the general or sectoral interests of the residents of Seville, and whose purposes are not exclusively political, union, commercial or religious. PURPOSE: Grant subsidies to citizen entities that carry out activities of social interest or promotion of a public purpose. REGULATORY BASES: - Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. - Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the Regulations of the General Law of Subsidies. - The Bases for Execution of the Budget of the Hon. Seville City Council for each year. - Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations - Within the scope of the Seville City Council, in matters of subsidies, the general and particular principles that regulate the system for granting subsidies to non-profit entities will be taken into account for all those matters not provided for in this call, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations governing the procedure applicable to Seville City Council Subsidies, the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Seville City Council. (Regulation and Ordinance of June 16, 2005, BOP no. 161, of July 14, 2005) and in matters of transparency and access to information of the City Council of Seville, the provisions of the Ordinance of transparency and access to information of the City Council of Seville (BOP of July 6, 2016), in accordance with the provisions of the sole final and transitional provision of the same, - And any other provisions that by their nature are applicable. - Approved by Resolution No. 2397 dated March 27, 2024, of the Delegate of the Triana District BUDGET AND AMOUNT OF AID: The credit reserved in this call amounts to the amount of FORTY THOUSAND EUROS (€40,000.00), with the following distribution: Modality A) “General operating expenses”…….…..
