Official description of the call
BDNS (ID): 753356 First. Beneficiaries: Territorial Local Entities, included in article 3.1.a) of Law 7/1985, of April 2, Regulating the Bases of the Local Regime, of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, may obtain the status of beneficiaries. Second. Purpose: 1. The purpose of this order is to establish the regulatory bases and call for competitive grants, for the year 2024, for the financing of actions related to the promotion and implementation of the 2030 Agenda, at the local level of the autonomous community of Cantabria. 2. The purpose of these subsidies is the promotion, encouragement and development of actions aimed at raising awareness, appropriation, implementation and localization of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development at the local level of the autonomous community of Cantabria, from the perspective of SDG17, generation of alliances. Third. Eligible actions: The purpose of the subsidy is to fully or partially finance the expenses incurred by the beneficiary entities, for the execution of actions related to the awareness-raising, appropriation, implementation and localization of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development at the local level of the autonomous community of Cantabria, from the perspective of SDG17, in any of the modalities listed below: Modality A) Awareness-raising and awareness of the 2030 Agenda, aimed at local citizens and/or all the different local actors, including the generation of capacities, aimed at initiating, perfecting and qualifying knowledge of the sustainable development objectives of the 2030 Agenda, in order to generate transformative alliances that address the challenges posed by the SDGs, between beneficiary entities and civil society. Modality B) Actions for the preparation or adaptation of municipal strategic plans to the 2030 Agenda, whose objective is to offer a municipal response related to the country-challenge action priorities, included in the Action Plan of the 2030 Agenda in Cantabria Modality C) Actions that respond to the transversal priorities established in the Action Plan of the 2030 Agenda in Cantabria, and/or other existing strategic plans in the autonomous community, whose The objective is to promote the appropriation and alignment of municipalities with the SDGs. Room. Amount: 1. The financing of the expenditure regulated in this order will be carried out from credit 07.08.144A.484.07 of the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria for 2024 and the maximum amount will amount to sixty-five thousand euros (€65,000.00). 2. Applicants will obtain 100% of the amount requested, in accordance with the order of priority established based on the score obtained by each applicant according to the planned scale. 3. The amount of the subsidy to be granted to each beneficiary entity may not exceed 100% of the amount requested, nor of the total cost of the action, nor, in any case, exceed the maximum amount of twelve thousand five hundred thousand (12,500.00) euros. 4. The total amount of the subsidy awarded will be paid in advance, once the resolution of the concession has been notified, without the need to present guarantees, in accordance with the provisions of article 21.3 of law 10/2006, of July 17, on Cantabria Subsidies. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: Applicant entities may submit a single subsidy application to this call, within a period of one month from the day following the publication in the Official Gazette of Cantabria of the extract thereof. Sixth. Documentation: The application and the ANNEXES of the call can be obtained on the Institutional Portal of the Government of Cantabria, https://www.cantabria.es/web/atencion-a-la-ciudadania/ayudas-y-subvenciones, in the BDNS and will be accompanied by the documentation indicated in the fifth section of the Call Order.
