Beneficiaries. All municipalities with less than 50,000 inhabitants, minor local entities as well as associations of municipalities that are legally constituted as of January 1, 2024, in the province of Valencia may be beneficiaries of this call. Second. Object. Requests for inclusion in the Plan may be made for investments associated with works or services that are under municipal jurisdiction, according to art. 25 of Law 7/1985. Third. Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases for the granting of these aids are published in BOP number 70 of April 11, 2024. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will remain open from the day following the publication in the BOP of the extract of the call, until June 15, 2027. Regarding the actions whose execution is requested to be carried out by the Provincial Council, the deadline for submitting applications will end on December 31, 2024. This deadline will not be extendable.
