Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries: 4.1. Public or private entities may apply for subsidies, which, in compliance with the provisions of article 13 of Law 38/2003, and article 10 of Law 9/2007, of June 13, on subsidies in Galicia, also meet the following requirements: - Be included in the Municipal Registry of Neighborhood Associations (REMAV) of the City Council of Bergondo, or at least have made the request for inclusion in this Registry on a date prior to the grant application. However, to be a beneficiary, it will be an essential requirement that at the time the subsidy is granted, the Association is already duly registered in the REMAV. - Lack of profit motive. - To have, among other purposes, the implementation of the activities that are the subject of the subsidy. - In the case of being a beneficiary of another subsidy, financial aid or agreement from another area of the Bergondo City Council or any other dependent or autonomous body or entity, corresponding to the financial year 2024, and for the same activity, the total amount of income obtained may not exceed the total expenses of that activity. - Be up to date with tax and social security obligations. - If applicable, have the subsidies previously received by the Bergondo City Council justified. - Have sufficient structure to guarantee the fulfillment of your objectives. 4.2. The following will not be able to access the granting of municipal subsidies: - Entities that, by virtue of current regulations, have limited or eliminated this right, and specifically that included in article 13 of Law 38/2003, General Subsidies. - Entities that by a final resolution had been sanctioned for non-compliance with the conditions provided in the authorization required for the development of the activity. - Entities that had lost the right to obtain subsidies as a result of the corresponding sanctioning procedure, and for the period established in the resolution. Second. Purpose: The purpose of these bases is to establish the criteria and procedure for granting municipal subsidies, in accordance with the principles of publicity, free competition and equality, for the performance of activities that complement or replace those attributed to municipal jurisdiction; or that in general contribute to the promotion of the general or sectoral interests of the neighborhood of the Bergondo Tercero city council. Regulatory bases: The regulatory bases of the public call for municipal subsidies to non-profit entities for the 2024 financial year published in the BOP of A Coruña No. 72 of April 12, 2024. Fourth. Amount: The total amount of this call amounts to 22,000.00 euros. The maximum amount to be received by each beneficiary will be 3,000.00 euros. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: 20 business days from the day following the publication of this extract in the BOP of A Coruña.
