Official description of the call

FIRST.- Beneficiaries: Women victims of gender violence, people subject to eviction from their habitual residence, homeless people and other especially vulnerable people, who meet the requirements established in point seventeen of the Resolution of March 17, 2023, of the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Mobility, Transport and Housing, among others, the following: Be of legal age or legally emancipated. Possess Spanish nationality or that of any of the Member States of the European Union or the European Economic Area or Swiss nationality; in the case of non-EU foreigners, having legal residence in Spain or having initiated the procedure to obtain it and the persons applicants and beneficiaries of international protection. Accredit the situation of special vulnerability, providing the means of proof indicated in section 5 of these regulatory bases for its timely assessment in the social report issued by the Social Services of Basic Social Care. If you prove that you are a female victim of gender violence, it is essential not to live with your attacker and be part of the comprehensive recovery program for women victims of gender violence in Extremadura (PRIMEX). Not having a home owned or under usufruct or lacking an alternative housing solution that they can occupy after accreditation of their situation of special vulnerability, neither the applicant nor any other person who makes up the cohabitation unit, and whose occupation is compatible with said situation of special vulnerability. SECOND.- Purpose: Provide an immediate housing solution, as a specific and extraordinary measure, that can be quickly implemented for those people who are in a special situation of vulnerability on a temporary basis, under the aid program for women victims of gender violence, people subject to eviction from their habitual residence, homeless people and other especially vulnerable people, under the protection of the Order of December 18, 2020, for the year 2023, of the Ministry of Mobility, Transport and Housing of the Extremadura regional government. THIRD.- Regulatory bases: The aid called will be governed in all cases by the provisions of the Resolution of March 17, 2023 of the General Secretariat by which the subsidies of the aid program are called, under the Order of December 18, 2020, published in the DOE of December 21, 2020, in the State Housing Plan 2018-2021, approved by Real Decree 106/2018, of March 9; in Order TMA/336/2020, of April 9, which incorporates, replaces and modifies two aid programs of the State Housing Plan 2018-2021, in compliance with the provisions of articles 10, 11 and 12 of Royal Decree-Law 11/2020, of March 31, by which urgent complementary measures are adopted in the social and economic sphere to address the COVID-19; and in Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies and in Law 6/2011, of March 23, of Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, and by the Resolution granting the subsidy to the City Council of Badajoz. FOURTH.- Amount. This call for aid has a maximum total amount of 50,000.00 euros, establishing the following amounts as a maximum limit for each person receiving the housing solution: a) 100% of the rental income or occupancy price of the property, with a maximum limit of €600 in duly justified cases, and taking into account the average price of the rental market in the town of Badajoz and its towns. b) 100% of basic expenses and supplies, with a maximum limit of 200 euros per month. FIFTH. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be from the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the B.O.P. of Badajoz until March 1, 2025, unless the amount assigned for this purpose is exhausted before, in such a way that the call will be closed if the budget credit is exhausted before the aforementioned date. SIXTH. Other data. The applications will conform to the model that will be provided by the Municipal Institute of Social Services of Badajoz with the express indication that they meet each and every one of the requirements demanded in the call, attaching in all cases the document
