Extract of the Resolution of April 19, 2024, which calls for study aid for refugees at the Rey Juan Carlos University BDNS: 756448 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the Database. National Subsidy Data (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First. Beneficiaries: This call is aimed at refugee students, stateless people, applicants for any of these conditions, those who have or have requested some type of subsidiary protection in accordance with article 4 of Law 12/2009 or nationals of countries in conflict. Second. Object. Application for study aid under a competitive competition regime for refugees, stateless people, applicants for any of these conditions, or those who have or have requested some type of subsidiary protection in accordance with article 4 of Law 12/2009 and who wish to pursue undergraduate or postgraduate studies at the URJC. The concepts for which aid may be granted within this call are the following: o Public tuition fees and prices. o Accommodation allowance (maximum of 350 Euros per month during the months necessary to complete the studies). o Maintenance allowance (maximum of 150 Euros per month during the months necessary to complete the studies). o Spanish courses to reach level B2 at the University Language Center. o Psychological, social, pedagogical or health care in the URJC clinics and any type of Special Educational Needs managed by the Disability and SEN Care Unit of the URJC. Third. Regulatory bases. The call is regulated by the rules published on the electronic notice board of the Rey Juan Carlos University. Room. Amount. The Vice-Rector for Quality and Strategy of the Rey Juan Carlos University will contribute 25,000 Euros from its budget application 30.VC.PE.CI.423B.483.00 “Scholarships, training and others”. This financial allocation could be increased in the same budgetary application with additional allocation approved by the Vice-Rector for Quality and Strategy itself on a date prior to the resolution to grant the aid, as stated in article 58.2 (rule a, assumption 4) of the Regulation of the General Law of Subsidies (Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the Regulation of the Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies). If the entire amount provided is not awarded, the unallocated amount will be released to be used in the execution of other types of scholarships or aid managed by the Vice-Rector's Office for Quality and Strategy. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting the application will open the day after the publication of the extract of the bases of this call in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid, which will also be announced in the National Subsidies Database, as established by Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies.
