Official description of the call

BDNS: In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/index) and in this BOJA: First. Call. Subsidies for the maintenance of local public radio audiovisual communication services are called for the year 2024, under a non-competitive competition regime. Second. Regulatory bases. This call will be governed by the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, under a non-competitive competition regime, for the maintenance of local public radio audiovisual communication services, approved by the Order of the Ministry of the Presidency, Public Administration and Interior of June 4, 2021 (BOJA no. 110, of June 10). Third. Recipients. The Town Councils of Andalusia with an administrative concession for the management of the local radio audiovisual communication public service, or sound broadcasting on meter waves with frequency modulation that comply with the requirements established in section 4 of the summary table of the regulatory bases, may be beneficiaries of these subsidies. Room. Object. The purpose of this call is to contribute to financing the operating expenses of municipal FM radio stations whose City Councils have an administrative concession for the provision of the public service of local radio audiovisual communication, or sound broadcasting on meter waves with frequency modulation, so that they can continue providing said public service. Fifth. Amount. The maximum amount allocated to this call is 130,000 euros, which will be financed from the expenditure budget item 0100010000 G/52C/46003/00 01 (MUNICIPAL PUBLIC RADIO SERVICE MAINTENANCE) of the Budget of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia for the year 2024. Sixth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be one month from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía. Seventh. Other data. The application forms and other necessary information are published in this BOJA together with the call.
