Official description of the call
1st PURPOSE OF THE AIDThe purpose of this aid is to provide financial support to those families in which the birth, adoption and/or fostering of a new member of the family unit occurs. 2nd BENEFICIARIES Families registered with the Mesía City Council and who prove compliance with the following requirements may apply for this aid, for children born, adopted and/or fostered: a) That the birth, adoption or pre-adoptive foster care occurs between January 1 and December 31, 2024. Register of Inhabitants, the effective residence in the City Council of Mesía of the parents, or at least, of one of them, on the date prior to the birth of the child. with the provisions of the regulatory agreement or separation or divorce ruling. e) In no case may parents deprived of parental authority over their children be beneficiaries or if guardianship or custody were assumed by a public institution. f) Applicants for aid and their beneficiaries must be up to date with their tax and Social Security obligations, as well as not have outstanding debts with the City Council of Mesía. g) The parents, or at least one of them, are obligated to the child. to remain registered in the Mesía City Council for a minimum period of two years. Likewise, they must communicate within one month any change that occurs in the situation of the family unit that may be relevant or taken into account for the granting of aid. Families are understood to be both single-parent families and those formed by both parents, whether married or de facto couples. In cases of separation, divorce, annulment of marriage, the beneficiary will be the parent who has custody of the children, and in the case of cessation of cohabitation of de facto couples, the beneficiary will be the parent with whom the minor lives. 3. REGULATORY BASES The rules are available to interested parties on the town hall website (www.concellodemesia.gal) and on the municipal notice board. 4. AMOUNT OF AIDThe aid will consist of a single payment of 300.00 euros for each birth, adoption or foster care. 5th PERIOD FOR SUBMISSION OF AID APPLICATIONS1.- The application and the required documentation will be submitted to the municipal offices, without prejudice to the provisions of article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on common administrative procedure. 2.- The application submission period will begin the day following the publication of these bases in the Official Gazette of the Province and will end on December 31, 2024.
