Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries: Centers integrated into the RAEPS supported with public funds that teach early childhood and primary education, secondary education, special education and adult education may participate in this call, provided that they are accredited as Health Promoting Schools and whose list appears in Annex II of ORDER SAN/716/2023, of May 25, which resolves the call for accreditation of educational centers as Health Promoting Schools. of 2023 (Official Gazette of Aragon No. 113 of 06/15/2023). In addition, the beneficiary centers must meet the requirements established in article 3 of the regulatory bases approved by Order SAN/335/2016, of April 15, modified by ORDER SAN/653/2023, of May 10 Second.- Purpose: The purpose of this Order is to convene, for the financial year 2024, the subsidy program intended to support the actions in the Health Promoting Schools that are carried out in the Autonomous Community of Aragon, in accordance with the provisions of the Public Health Law of Aragon. Third.- Applicable regulations: Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Consolidated Text of the Aragon Subsidies Law approved by Legislative Decree 2/2023, of May 3, of the Government of Aragon, Order SAN/335/2016, of April 15, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of health subsidies modified by Order SAN/653/2023, of May 10 and this Order. Order SAN/716/2023, of May 25, which resolves the call for accreditation of educational centers as Health Promoting Schools of 2023 Fourth.- Amount: €75,000 from the budget of the Department of Health. The maximum amount per project will be €1,500. Fifth.- Deadline for submission: Fifteen business days counted from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of Aragon.
