Associations of a cultural nature endowed with legal personality and capacity to act, registered in the registry of associations and whose activities are carried out at the municipal level. Natural persons registered in the municipality of La Rinconada, who do not carry out professional economic activities related to the subsidized project. The following are expressly excluded from the purpose of this call. The following are expressly excluded from the purpose of this call: - school and sports activities, which may be subsidized in their ordinary annual calls. - Expenses that have been subsidized in other calls. - Expenses for the acquisition of inventories (only with respect to individuals), and expenses for investments in works. Second. Object. The object and purpose of this call is to provide the necessary means so that associations and individuals committed to cultural action can carry out their projects, as well as have the appropriate infrastructure that allows them to adequately carry out the cultural activities they promote in order to encourage citizen participation and contribute to enriching the cultural life of the municipality. Third. Regulatory Bases. This call will be governed by the regulatory bases contained in the Presidency resolution 1411/2024 of April 23, 2024 of the La Rinconada City Council, which establishes the regulatory bases for the call for subsidies to cultural associations and projects 2024, published on the notice board on its website www.larinconada.es and in the Official Gazette of the Province of Seville No. 89 dated May 9, 2024. Fourth. Amount. The total amount of the subsidies covered by these bases, charged to the Budget of the City Council of La Rinconada, amounts to at least 9,000.00 euros. Applications will be evaluated as a whole and subsidies may cover up to 100% of the activity to which it applies. Fifth. Application Submission Deadline. The deadline for submitting applications, together with the required documentation, will be from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the "Official Gazette" of the province of Seville, carried out through the National Subsidies Database (BDNS) until June 15, 2024. Applications must be submitted to the Municipal Registry, located at Plaza España, 6 La Rinconada or by the means provided for in article 16.4 of the Law. 39/15, of October 1, of the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Sixth. Other data. The payment of the subsidy will be made through the payment of 100% of the subsidy, after the concession agreement and after the signing of the corresponding agreement.
