Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Natural persons not belonging to the professional world of music, neither currently nor in the past, may participate in the contest and be beneficiaries of the prizes, only in the category in which this is indicated. In the case of minor participants, they must present a participation permit and the transfer of image rights signed by the father, mother or legal guardian. In cases where required by law, both parents must sign the application for participation and the transfer of image rights. The beneficiaries of the prize will be minors, however, if the minor does not have a bank account in their name, a form will be completed by the representatives to collect the prize. Natural persons who, meeting the specific participation requirements, are subject to any of the causes of prohibition to receive subsidies according to that established in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, will not be able to participate. Participants must present a declaration that they are not subject to any of the prohibitions provided for in the aforementioned article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17. Second. Purpose: The contest is divided into four categories, First category: people up to and including 17 years of age, Second category: people from 18 years of age and up. Third category: musical duos and trios of any age (instrumental incorporation will not be admitted). Fourth category: people belonging to the professional world of music currently, or in the past. Except for the third category, the other three must be individual performances. If any of the categories are left empty, the jury may increase the participants in the remaining categories. It will be considered void when a minimum of 5 participants per category do not appear. Third. Regulatory bases: Mayor's Resolution number 1475/2024 by which the “IV Sing with Ames 2024 contest” is announced. at Ames City Hall. Fiscal Year 2024. Fourth. Amount: The following prizes are established. 1st category: 500 euros for the winner. 2nd category: 500 euros for the winner. 3rd category: 1,000 euros for the winning duo - trio. 4th category: 500 euros for the winner. You can only participate in one category per person. For each category, the 4 winners will be awarded a single trophy in recognition of participation, a single healthy basket, a single professional video about their time in the contest and the possibility of tasting at the Ames 2024 Prebadaladas. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications and form of submission: The submission of registration applications will be made from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of La Coruña until July 1, 2024 inclusive, using the standardized participation model. Participation in this contest implies complete acceptance of these rules, and the decisions of the city council and the designated jury. The participation request will be formalized through the participation form that can be downloaded on the municipal website (www.concellodeames.gal). As they are natural persons according to article 14 of Law 39/2015 on the common administrative procedure of public administrations, they may choose to submit the application electronically, in the terms indicated in the previous section. They may also do so in person at the registry offices of the Ames City Council and other entities provided for in article 16.4 of the LPACAP. Once the participation request has been registered, you must send a copy of it along with the video with which you are going to participate to the email address amesnarua@gmail.com.
