In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index 1. BENEFICIARIES Beneficiaries of this call may be those Cultural Associations endowed with their own legal personality, non-profit, legally constituted and domiciled in the city of Palencia, that meet the requirements established in art. 4 of the Rules of the call. 2. OBJECT The purpose of this call is to promote and energize cultural activity in the city of Palencia and stimulate the participation of the Cultural Associations existing in our capital, so that they can contribute projects of cultural interest, innovative and of a participatory and integrative nature, which are directly related to any of the assumptions listed in art. 1 of the Rules of the call. 3. REGULATORY BASES General Subsidies Ordinance of the Hon. Palencia City Council, published in the Official Gazette of the Province dated August 11, 2006. 4. AMOUNT This call has a financial allocation of €15,000.00, charged to budget application 2024/1/33400/48900. 5. APPLICATIONS Submission period: Fifteen business days, counted from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Palencia. Place: Electronic Headquarters of the Palencia City Council (sede.aytopalencia.es) or in any of the authorized registries referred to in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015 of the LPACAP. ? 6.
