Official description of the call
By agreement of the Plenary Session of the Solsonès Regional Council, in the session held on May 16, 2024, the bases and the call for the granting of aid to entities that promote sports in the Solsonès region have been approved, in accordance with the following: FIRST. Object. The purpose of these bases is to establish a regulation for the granting of aid for expenses related to sports activities promoted by the associative fabric and that are carried out in the Solsonès region in the year 2024. SECOND. Beneficiaries. Non-profit entities in the Solsonès region that have not obtained aid for the promotion of grassroots sports and the associations that have been presented and that promote or develop sports activities in the region and request aid electronically, using the model found in the electronic headquarters of the Regional Council (https://www.seu-e.cat/web/ccsolsones). Those entities and/or associations that do not respect the current democratic framework, that do not assume the recognized principles of conduct, such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and other similar ones, or that practice xenophobic, racist, homophobic or misogynistic actions and that do not respect the Universal Declaration of Animal Rights will be excluded from these bases. Persons or entities in which any of the circumstances of article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, may not have the status of beneficiaries. THIRD. The legal effectiveness of this call is conditional on the publication of this extract in the BOP of Lleida. ROOM. Amount. A maximum of 200.00 euros is established per sporting activity FIFTH. Application submission deadline. The maximum date to submit applications will be July 15, 2024.
