Official description of the call
FIRST. Object. The granting of aid to promote grassroots sport in the Solsonès region for the 2024/2025 season to sports entities that pursue the desire to promote, carry out, promote or consolidate a grassroots sport activity in the region. SECOND. Non-profit sports entities, duly constituted and registered in the corresponding registry, domiciled in the Solsonès region and that request aid electronically using the form found in the electronic headquarters of the Regional Council (https://www.seu-e.cat/web/ccsolsones). Those entities and/or associations that do not respect the current democratic framework, that do not assume the recognized principles of conduct, such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and others similar, or that practice xenophobic, racist, homophobic or misogynistic actions and that do not respect the Universal Declaration of Animal Rights will be excluded from these bases. Persons or entities in which any of the circumstances of article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, may not have the status of beneficiaries. THIRD. The legal effectiveness of this call is conditional on the publication of this extract in the BOP of Lleida. ROOM. Amount. Subsidies will be granted taking into account the following requirements: 1. A fixed fee of €100.00 per sports entity regardless of the number of federation tokens. 2. Once the previous criterion has been applied, the remaining amount of the budget allocation will be distributed by the total number of federation records for those under 18 years of age that accredit the sports entity related to a regular activity throughout the entire sports season, excluding those that refer only to specific activities such as courses, stays, championships, campuses, etc. 3. A certificate issued by the relevant federation must be provided specifying the list of federated players based on the different categories subject to aid at the time of submitting the aid application. This certificate will be accompanied by a copy and/or list of the federative forms disaggregated by sex, to know what the gender impact of this call is. 4. For athletes who compete at the regional and national level, the amount assigned per federation token will be doubled. 5. In any case, the subsidies will be based on the budgetary availability of this line of aid. FIFTH. The maximum date to submit applications will be July 15, 2024.
