BDNS: identifier 762047 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/es/index, and on the website from ADI Sierra Oeste de Madrid, www.sierraoeste.org First: Beneficiaries The call will be entirely intended for Individuals who are individual entrepreneurs or are going to be so through the project presented, Commercial Companies, Agrarian Transformation Companies, Cooperatives, Labor Companies and any other entity, Associations or Foundations that have had their headquarters in the territory for at least three years prior to the call order and Public Entities of a nature local or regional, with the maximum aid set for each of the measures of the Participatory Local Development Strategy of ADI Sierra Oeste de Madrid. Second: Purpose Aid managed by the local Action Group ADI Sierra Oeste de Madrid for the execution of projects within the framework of measure 19 of the PDR of the Community of Madrid 2014-2020 and in the Participatory Local Development Strategy for the Sierra Oeste de Madrid 2014-2020. Third: Regulatory Bases Regulatory Bases for the LEADER Grants from ADI Sierra Oeste de Madrid approved on March 12, 2020. https://www.sierraoeste.org/wp-content/uploads/2020-03-12_BBRR_inversiones-1.pdf Fourth: Amount The total amount of the call amounts to €328,299.26, the maximum subsidy per beneficiary being €200,000.00. Fifth: Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 days from the day following the publication of this extract of the call in the OFFICIAL BULLETIN OF THE COMMUNITY OF MADRID.
