2024 call for subsidies for fixed investments that generate employment in Special Employment Centers

Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiary entities. Special employment centers that have administrative qualification as such and that are registered in the Registry of Special Employment Centers of the Autonomous Community of Aragon may be beneficiaries of the subsidies that are called by means of this order. The eligible actions must refer to work centers located in the territory of the Autonomous Community of Aragon, regardless of whether or not the special employment centers that are beneficiaries of the subsidies have their headquarters in said territory. Second.- Purpose of the call. The purpose of this subsidy is to fully or partially cover the fixed investment linked to the creation of stable employment in the special employment center, both through new contracts entered into indefinitely and through the transformation into indefinite temporary or fixed-term contracts that are already in force, when, in both cases, they are carried out with people with disabilities. Third.- Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases of this call are included in Order EPE/23/2023, of January 16, which establishes the regulatory bases of the program for the labor inclusion of people with disabilities in the protected labor market through the granting of subsidies aimed at promoting the creation and maintenance of jobs in special employment centers, ("Official Gazette of Aragon", No. 16, of January 25, 2023), modified by the Order EEI/374/2024, of April 15, which modifies Order EPE/23/2023, of January 16, which establishes the regulatory bases of the program for the labor inclusion of people with disabilities in the protected labor market through the granting of subsidies aimed at promoting the creation and maintenance of jobs in special employment centers ("Official Gazette of Aragón", no. 80, of April 25, 2024). https://www.boa.aragon.es/cgi-bin/EBOA/BRSCGI?CMD=VEROBJ&MLKOB=1258253420303 https://www.boa.aragon.es/cgi-bin/EBOA/BRSCGI?CMD=VEROBJ&MLKOB=1328376350303 Fourth.- Amount. 1. The financing of these subsidies will be constituted by state-level employment funds transferred by the General Administration of the State to the Autonomous Community of Aragon within the framework of the territorial distribution of funds to the Autonomous Communities through the Sectoral Conference on Employment and Labor Affairs. 2. The subsidies called will be financed from budget item 51016/G/3221/470092/33005 of the expenditure budget of the Aragonese Institute of Employment for 2023 and called "Labor integration in special employment centers", allocating a total amount of five hundred thousand euros (€500,000) to this end. Fifth.- Application deadlines. The deadline for submitting applications will be one month from the day following the publication of this call in the “Official Gazette of Aragon”. Sixth.- Other data. 1. Subsidy applications will be directed to the person in charge of the Management Directorate of the Aragonese Institute of Employment, submitted through the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Aragon at the electronic address: https://www.aragon.es/tramitador/-/tramite/subvencion-del-programa-de-inclusion-laboral-de-personas-con-discapacidad-en-el-mercado-de-trabajo-protegido or including in the search engine of procedures the procedure called “Subsidy for the labor inclusion program for people with disabilities in the protected labor market - Subsidy for fixed investment that generates employment.” 2. The use of said application model will be mandatory in accordance with the provisions of article 66.6 of Law 39/2015 of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
