Official description of the call
Likewise, the call can be consulted at the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community of Castilla y León (https://www.tramitacastillayleon.jcyl.es) using the BDNS identifier. First.- Purpose The purpose of this Order is to call, for the 2024 beekeeping campaign, between August 1, 2023 and July 31, 2024, aid from the Beekeeping Sector Intervention (hereinafter ISA) within the framework of the strategic plan of the Common Agricultural Policy 2023-2027 in the Community of Castilla y León. Second.- Beneficiaries a) Natural or legal persons, or entities without legal personality, owners of beekeeping farms, including those with shared ownership established in Law 35/2011, of October 4, on shared ownership of agricultural farms, who meet the established requirements. b) Beekeeping cooperatives and representative organizations with their own legal personality in which at least 150 hives are verified, to the extent that their partners or associates meet the established requirements. Third.- Regulatory Bases The regulatory bases for the granting of this aid have been established in Order AGR/835/2023, of June 28 ("BOCyL" No. 128, of July 5, 2023), which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of aid for beekeeping sector intervention within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy 2023-2027 in the Community of Castilla y León. Fourth.- Amount The credit assigned to the call is 2,814,496.80 euros. This amount will be 50% covered by the FEAG funds and, at most, 25% by the funds of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food. However, if budget availability allows, the initial allocation may be increased by an additional amount of up to 50%, without the need for a new call. Fifth.- Submission period The application submission period begins the day following the publication of this extract of the call in the "Official Gazette of Castila y León" and ends on June 25, 2024.
