Official description of the call

BDNS: In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database and on the website www.comunidad.madrid. First Objective To call for subsidies for the years 2024 to 2027 in order to finance the delivery of training actions in person and the implementation of associated non-work professional internships, integrated into a specific training itinerary. Second Type of aid Line 2. Compensation to companies that host in their workplaces the students trained with a passing result, for carrying out the extended professional practices described in point 1 d) of this section. 1. d) Completion of an associated practical training module with a duration of 500 hours, greater than that established in the Royal Decrees that regulate the different professional certificates, and which will have a practical tutor from the training entity. Third Beneficiaries Of line 2, companies that host in their workplaces people trained with a passing result, in the modules of the professional certificate completed, and with whom the beneficiary training entity must previously establish the corresponding agreement or internship agreement. Fourth Regulatory Bases 1. The regulatory bases of this call will be those contained in Order EFP/942/2022, of September 23, which regulates the training offer of the Vocational Training system in the workplace associated with the National Catalog of Professional Qualifications 2 carried out by the competent administrations, published in the Official State Gazette no. 239, of October 5, 2022. 2. Order TMS/368/2019, of March 28, which develops Royal Decree 694/2017, of July 3, in relation to the training offer of the competent administrations and its financing, and establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of public subsidies intended for its financing, will apply to the SSCE128PO training specialty. "Job search techniques" in everything that is not contained in the aforementioned Regulatory Bases Order. Fifth Financing 1. The actions that make up the specific training itinerary with associated internships are 40 percent co-financed by the FSE+ 2021-2027 Program of the Community of Madrid, within Specific Objective A and Measure 1.A.01. 2. The amount of the budgetary credit available to meet the economic obligations arising from the granting of the aid provided for Line 2. Compensation to companies that host students trained with a passing result in their workplaces, to carry out non-work professional internships, amounts to €10,170,000, distributed as follows: a) For the year 2024, an amount is allocated to compensate companies that welcome participants in €970,000 internships. b) For the year 2025, an amount of €3,000,000 is allocated to compensate companies that host trainee participants. c) For the year 2026, an amount of €4,200,000 is allocated to compensate companies that host trainee participants. d) For the year 2027, an amount of €2,000,000 is allocated to compensate companies that host trainee participants. Sixth Granting Procedure Subsidies to finance aid to companies that host people trained to carry out non-work professional internships (Line 2) will be granted on a direct concession basis. Seventh Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting subsidy applications for Line 2 and the mandatory documentation that must accompany them will be 15 days, which will be counted from day 3 immediately after the completion of the internship for all students participating in the training action and in the different work centers in which they are carried out.
