DON DAVID SANTOS DELGADO, COUNCILOR OF EDUCATION OF THE ILLUSTRIOUS CITY COUNCIL OF GRANADILLA DE ABONA; MAKES KNOW: That hereby, for the general knowledge of the interested parties, it is made public that by resolution 2024/1853, dated May 6, 2024, conferring the competence of the Local Government Board delegated by the Mayor's Office-Presidency of the Illustrious City Council of Granadilla de Abona, the approval and publication of the following Specific Call regarding the granting of subsidies for the purchase of textbooks is agreed. and/or school materials for students of the Municipality of Granadilla de Abona enrolled in Early Childhood and Primary Education, for the 2024/2025 school year: CALL FOR THE GRANTING OF SUBSIDIES FOR THE PURCHASE OF TEXTBOOKS AND/OR SCHOOL OR TECHNOLOGICAL MATERIALS FOR STUDENTS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF GRANADILLA DE ABONA ENROLLED IN EDUCATION CHILDREN AND PRIMARY, SCHOOL YEAR 2024/2025 First.- Deadline for submitting applications. The deadline for submitting applications will be 1 month from the seventh business day following the date of publication in the Official Gazette of the Province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Second.- Financing of the call and maximum global amount subject to subsidy. This call for subsidies is financed from budget item 32600/4810000 of the current municipal budget. The total amount allocated to the subsidies granted under these Rules will be TWO HUNDRED AND TWENTY THOUSAND EUROS (€220,000.00). Third.- Amount of the subsidy. The amount of the subsidy for each beneficiary student will amount to ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY EUROS (€150.00). Fourth.- Legal regime. This This call will comply with the provisions of the General Rules for the granting of subsidies for transportation and the purchase of textbooks and/or school or technological materials for students of the municipality of Granadilla de Abona enrolled in Early Childhood and Primary Education; Compulsory Secondary Education, Baccalaureate, Intermediate Grade Cycles, Higher Grade Cycles and University Studies, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife number 10 of January 22, 2024, as contained in Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, in the General Subsidies Regulation, in the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Granadilla City Council Abona, approved in a plenary agreement of January 11, 2007, and in the execution bases of the City Council's budget for this year. We proceed to make some clarifications about some concepts of the aforementioned bases: - All the requirements demanded in the bases to be able to be a beneficiary of any subsidy will be estimated at the time of submission of the applications. - Countable members of the family unit for the calculation of the economic threshold included in the bases will be understood as all persons of legal age who are registered at the applicant's domicile. The people who are assigned the guard and custody of the minor will be understood in all cases as eligible members regardless of the place in which they are registered. - The causes or reasons for denying the subsidy will appear in the resolutions with a numerical code, as provided below: 01- Failure to comply with the request made. 02- Exceed the established income threshold. 03- Have debt with the municipal Treasury. 04- Have debt with the Tax Agency. 05- Not having the minimum seniority established in the municipal registry. 06- Not being registered with a DNI or NIE. 07- Resignation of the interested party. 08- Does not provide financial data 09- Application submitted after the deadline. 10- The applicant does not live with the minor. 11- Others. To this end, said Call is available to interested parties in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS), in the BOP of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, on the Notice Board of the Illustrious City Council of Granadilla de Abona and in its Electronic Headquarters.
