Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 and 20.8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhafp.gob.es/bdnstrans/index) First. Beneficiaries Youth Associations registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations and Entities of this City Council may benefit from this Call for Subsidies, as of the date of publication of this call. The programs and projects will be developed in the municipality of Palencia, for general recipients they will be young people from the mime. To participate in the call, it will be necessary to have justified the subsidies granted in previous years. Those associations that maintain some type of statutory connection with political parties and unions, or that condition registration in the association on affiliation to this type of organization, are excluded. Likewise excluded are those who are beneficiaries of nominative subsidies contemplated in the municipal budget for 2024, implemented through collaboration agreements or subsidies from the Palencia City Council for the development of actions in the same sector of activity, which are aimed at the same objectives. Any type of programs, projects and activities that manifest or imply a profit motive are excluded. Likewise, those that do not develop activities in the youth field are excluded. Second. Object. The subsidies called are intended to promote participation and youth associations through financial support for the expenses disbursed by the entity in the development of programs and projects of interest to and for young people with the aim of energizing and improving life in the city of Palencia Tercero. Regulatory Bases Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the General Regulation of Subsidies and the General Ordinance of Subsidies of the City Council of Palencia, approved by Plenary Agreement dated April 20, 2006, and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Palencia dated August 11 of that same year. Room. Amount In accordance with the Municipal Budget for the year 2024, this call is endowed with an amount of 15,000.00 euros, which will be charged to budget application 2024/6/23103/48902. Fifth. Application submission deadline. Requests will be formalized through a request addressed to the Ilma. Madam Mayor and will be presented in the General Registry of the Hon. Palencia City Council in the attached application model (Annexes) and within a period of 15 business days, counted from the day following the publication of the extract of these Bases in the B.O.P.
