Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 B and 20.8 a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http: //www.infosubvenciones.gob.es) First. Object. This extract is intended to reflect the call for the line of aid for projects included in Submeasure 19.2, Support for the implementation of operations in accordance with the participatory local development strategy, action “Renewal of populations in rural areas” established in the Order of November 18, 2020, which regulates the aid system under the LEADER methodology and the management procedure, for the rural development programming period. 2014-2020 (DOE no. 228 of November 25, 2020) which was approved by the decision-making bodies of the Local Action Group and has the authorization of the person in charge of the governing body with powers in matters of rural development, in application of the provisions of article 28.6 of the aforementioned Order. The call will be applicable in the geographical scope of the Regional Development Center of Tentudía, Bienvenida, Bodonal de la Sierra, Cabeza la Vaca, Calera de León, Fuente de Cantos, Fuentes de León, Monesterio, Montemolín (Pallares and Santa María de Navas) and Segura de León. The purpose of the aid system within the framework of the Leader axis is the application of innovative strategies through the LEADER methodology, thus contributing to the long-term sustainable development of rural territories, in addition to contributing to the improvement of governance and mobilization of the endogenous development potential of rural areas. Second. Beneficiaries and/or final recipients of the aid. The Local Entities within the scope of action of the Tentudía Regional Development Center will be considered beneficiaries. Third. Regulatory bases. Order of November 18, 2020, which regulates the aid system under the LEADER methodology and the management procedure, for the rural development programming period 2014-2020. Room. Amount. For the call for the indicated aid, an amount of €69,820 will be allocated to be paid from Application 12003 0000/G/314A/78000/FR14190200/20160174, in accordance with the credit availability recorded in the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community. Up to a maximum of 100% of the eligible expense may be subsidized with the limitations set out in the call. Fifth. Application submission deadline. One month counted from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of Extremadura.
