Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/inicio) and in the Official Gazette of the Board of Andalusia. First. Call.1. The granting of subsidies under a non-competitive competition regime is called for in 2024, regulated in Order XX of May 2024, which establishes the regulatory bases for the implementation of non-formal training projects for the qualification and requalification of the active population, linked to professional qualifications included in the National Catalog of Professional Qualifications in priority sectors within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, financed by the Ministry of Education, Vocational Training and Sports and by the European Union – NextGeneration EU and the call is made. 2. The subsidies will be granted in accordance with the existing budgetary availability, in accordance with the provisions of article 119.2.j) of the consolidated text of the General Law of Public Finance of the Government of Andalusia, approved by Legislative Decree 1/2010, of March 2, for a maximum amount of up to thirty-four million six hundred five thousand four hundred and sixty-four euros and ninety-four euros. Subsidies are will be financed from the corresponding funds allocated to the Ministry of Education, Vocational Training and Sports within the framework of the financial resources derived from the European Recovery Instrument (Next Generation EU), through the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism established by Regulation (EU) 2021/241 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of February 12, 2021, by which the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism is established, within the Component 20 of the aforementioned Plan, in Investment 1, called "Reskilling and Upskilling of the active population linked to professional qualifications" (C20.I01.P04.S17), in accordance with the provisions of the Agreements of the Sectoral Conference of the Qualifications and Vocational Training System for Employment, of December 1, 2021, May 30, 2022 and June 7, 2023, which authorized the proposal for territorial distribution and the criteria for the distribution of credits managed by autonomous communities, in the budget years 2021, 2022 and 2023 intended for the development of reskilling and upskilling actions for the active population, linked to professional qualifications in strategic sectors, care of people and areas at risk of depopulation, within the framework of component 20 "Strategic plan to promote training professional”, of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. The financing provided for these grants is not compatible with the financing of other structural funds of the European Union or with other subsidies.
