Beneficiaries: Natural or legal persons who have university studies may apply for this subsidy. Purpose: The objective of these rules is to regulate the procedure for granting, on a competitive basis, a scholarship for the study of the situation of women in the rural environment of Zarautz. Through this scholarship, the socioeconomic, cultural and political situation of the rural environment will be analyzed, the gender inequalities that occur in it will be identified, and different strategies will be proposed to overcome them.
