Official description of the call
First. - Beneficiaries Municipalities and population entities that are classified in Zone A (High Risk) in Annex Second. - Object Preventive actions against danger or repair of flood damage, to be carried out on municipally owned land or in sections of riverbed under municipal jurisdiction, in terms of their conditioning and maintenance Third. - Regulatory bases Order AGM/1547/2021, of November 5, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to local entities in Aragon to promote actions in the field of water (official bulletin of Aragon number 239, of November 23, 2021). Room. - Amount The maximum total amount of the call is 400,000 euros, charged to budget item 72010 G/5121/760142/91002 PEP 2024/000011 of the budget of the Aragonese Water Institute distributed in two annual installments: 200,000 euros for the year 2024 and 200,000 euros for 2025. The maximum amount assignable to action subsidy applications is 40,000 euros and the maximum financing percentage is 80%. Fifth. - Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 business days from the day following the publication of this call in the “Official Gazette of Aragon”. Sixth. – Other data. Applications will be directed to the Aragonese Water Institute and submitted electronically through the electronic headquarters of the Public Administration of the Autonomous Community of Aragon, in accordance with the specific model available at the following link: https://aplicaciones.aragon.es/tramitar/subvenciones-actuaciones-preventivas-frente-inundacion-2024, or including procedure number 9473 “Subsidies for preventive actions against flood hazards” in the procedures search engine. “Call 2024-2025 for conditioning and cleaning of banks.”
