FIRST. Beneficiaries. Local Corporations or Entities dependent on or linked to a Local Administration that carry out works of general and social interest. SECOND. Object. Subsidize the salary costs, including the business contribution, of unemployed workers, preferably temporary workers included in the Special System for Agricultural Workers of the Social Security Employed Agricultural Workers, hired by Local Corporations or Entities dependent on or linked to a Local Administration to carry out works and services of general and social interest, their responsibility, within the Special Employment Plan of Aragon for the province of Huesca. THIRD. Regulatory Bases. - Royal Decree 939/1997, of June 20, which regulates the impact on the program to promote agricultural employment, of credits for investments of the Public Administrations in the Autonomous Communities of Andalusia and Extremadura and in depressed rural areas. (Official State Gazette of June 24). - Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. - Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the Regulation of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. - Law 47/2003, of November 26, General Budget. - Resolution of April 12, 2004, of the State Public Employment Service, on the procedure for reimbursement of subsidies granted by the Agency and the administrative actions derived from the collection in a voluntary period of public law income of a non-tax nature derived from the reimbursements. - Royal Decree 357/2006, of March 24, which regulates the direct granting of certain subsidies in the fields of employment and occupational vocational training. - Royal Decree 818/2021, of September 28, which regulates the common employment activation programs of the National Employment System. - Order TES/1077/2023, of September 28, which establishes, within the scope of the State Public Employment Service, the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for the financing of active employment policy programs provided for in Royal Decree 818/2021, of September 28, which regulates the common activation programs for employment of the National Employment System. - Resolution of November 23, 2023, of the General Directorate of the State Public Employment Service, which modifies that of October 6, 2008, on the delegation of powers. - Resolution of April 17, 2024, of the General Directorate of the State Public Employment Service issuing instructions regarding the preparation of calls for the granting of subsidies to local corporations for the hiring of unemployed people in works and services of general and social interest within the framework of the Agricultural Employment Promotion Program (Official State Gazette of May 11, 2024). ROOM. Budget allocation. 355,658.84 euros. FIFTH. Deadline for submitting applications. The deadline for submitting applications will be one month, counting from the day following the publication of the Resolution in the Official Gazette of the Province of Huesca. The presentation will have electronic format for all the procedures through the SEPE electronic headquarters.
