Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries Non-profit entities, legally constituted, that are an association or non-profit entity. In the case of a group that is not formally constituted, it must be a group linked to the municipality. They must have a registered office in Vilassar de Dalt and this is stated in their statutes and be registered in the Municipal Registry of Entities of the Vilassar de Dalt City Council. The entities may not receive any other aid from the Vilassar de Dalt City Council for the same activity or project nor receive aid from other administrators, entities or foundations for the same activity or project that, together with that received from this City Council, exceeds the total cost of the activity or project. Second. Object and purpose The object of this call is to cooperate in the development of cultural activities and projects of local entities that promote an activity of public utility or social interest, whose purpose corresponds to the strategic objectives indicated in the 2024 Municipal Strategic Subsidy Plan. These subsidies are specific and have the purpose of granting financial aid for the financing of a cultural activity or a specific cultural project that is developed in Vilassar de Dalt. Third. Regulatory bases Particular regulatory bases of the call for the granting of subsidies intended to finance cultural and artistic activities or projects organized by private entities during the year 2024 and 2025. Fourth. Amount The maximum total amount that will be used to subsidize cultural and artistic activities and projects organized by private entities will be €15,000.00. The maximum amount to be granted for each activity or project will be €6,000.00. The amount to be awarded to each of the subsidized activities or projects will be determined proportionally among the estimated applications, in accordance with the competitive bidding system. This individualized amount will not exceed, in any case, the amount requested, nor will it exceed 75% of the total cost of the activity or project. Fifth.- Execution period The subsidies granted under this call must be used to finance cultural activities and projects, the preparations for which begin in 2024 and will be executed throughout the same fiscal year 2024 and/or fiscal year 2025. Sixth.- Deadline for submitting applications Start date: 5/23/2024; End date: 06/14/2024.
