Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of art. 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the Call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/es/index) FIRST. Object. The objective of this aid is to promote actions aimed at improving the basic conditions of universal accessibility in homes and residential buildings in Fuenlabrada and to help older people and people with functional diversity to access and use buildings and homes. The aid is divided into two programs: Program 1. Collective residential buildings. ¿ Program 2. Homes located in buildings of collective residential typology or single-family homes or grouped in a row. SEGUNDO: Beneficiarios. The following may be beneficiaries: o Program 1. Collective residential buildings: a) The communities of owners, or the groups of communities of owners of the municipality of Fuenlabrada, which are legally constituted in accordance with the provisions of article 5 of Law 49/1960, of July 21, on Horizontal Property and with a history of more than fifteen (15) years. b) Owners who, collectively, are owners of buildings that meet the requirements established by article 396 of the Civil Code and have not granted the title constituting horizontal property. c) Cooperative societies composed of groups of owners of homes or buildings that meet the requirements established in article 396 of the Civil Code, as well as by owners who make up communities of owners or groups of communities of owners constituted in accordance with the provisions of article 5 of Law 49/1960, of July 21, on Horizontal Property. In the event that a community of owners or group of communities of owners is made up of several portals, blocks or stairs, they may submit a subsidy application for each portal, block or staircase. o Program 2. Homes located in buildings of collective residential typology or single-family housing or grouped in a row: The natural persons who own, rent, and usufructuaries of homes located in buildings of collective residential typology or single-family housing or grouped in a row, in the municipality of Fuenlabrada that constitutes their habitual and permanent domicile at the time of requesting the aid and in which a person over sixty-five (65) years of age or a person with recognized functional diversity of equal or greater residence resides. thirty-three percent (33%). In no case will the following be beneficiaries of the aid: a) Public Administrations and organizations and other public law entities, as well as public companies and commercial companies. b) Companies or commercial companies of any type. c) Beneficiaries of calls for Municipal Aid for the same purpose as that included in these bases. d) Beneficiaries of ¿Subsidies for the installation of elevators in private buildings located in the municipality of Fuenlabrada¿ in any of the previous calls, unless they carry out actions other than those for which they received aid. THIRD: Eligible actions: The works subject to subsidy must be completed between January 1, 2022 and September 27, 2024. The minimum investment for any type of action will be one thousand euros (€1,000), whether in common or private elements. Any work whose amount is less than this figure will not be eligible to receive a subsidy. The following will be considered eligible actions for improving accessibility and removing architectural barriers: o Program 1. Aimed at buildings of collective residential typology: a) Installation of approved elevator or elevators, including other complementary accessibility works linked to their installation, in buildings older than fifteen (15) years and with a minimum of two (2) floors plus the ground floor. b) Actions aimed at improving the accessibility of existing elevators, such as extending the elevator route (level 0), increasing the size of the cabin or passage area, replacing folding doors with automatic side doors and installing accessible button panels, including other accessibility works.
