Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries Those associations that are registered and have their data updated in the Municipal Registry of Associations of the Ponferrada City Council may be beneficiaries of the subsidies regulated in this call before the start date of the calculation of the deadline for the submission of applications that refer to this call, and have not received other subsidies from this City Council in the year 2024 for the same purpose. Second. Object and purpose The cultural projects or activities must be carried out in the municipality of Ponferrada and be aimed at the general public, and will have as their objective the promotion and cultural promotion in the fields of: performing arts (theater and dance), musical, literary, plastic and audiovisual, as well as other cultural activities. Sports activities, celebrations of a recreational nature, merely social or festive activities and culinary activities are excluded from this call. Third. Regulatory Bases General Subsidies Ordinance in the Ponferrada City Council, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of León on March 5, 2005. Fourth. Amount The maximum overall amount of the subsidies for this call is €53,000.00 charged to budget item 330,489 of the municipal budget for the year 2024. The amount of the subsidy may reach 100% of the budget presented and accepted. The subsidy granted to each municipal association will not exceed the amount of €3,000.00. These subsidies will be compatible with other subsidies, aid, income or resources for the same purpose, coming from any Administration or public or private entity, national, European Union or international organisations, with the cost of the subsidized project or activity acting as the maximum limit. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 calendar days from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province. Sixth. Other information The applicant associations must present the following documentation preferably electronically, through the electronic headquarters of the Ponferrada City Council, https://clic.ponferrada.org/portal/entidades.do?ent_id=1&idioma=1 for which they will need to have an electronic certificate and means to digitize the documentation, which will be provided as annexed files through the electronic registry of the Ponferrada City Council; If the appropriate means are not available, the presentation may be made in the General Registry of the Ponferrada City Council, under the terms of article 12.2 of Law 39/2015, or in any of the places provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1. on request. The request will be made by means of a request addressed to the Mayor - President of the City Council, according to the model in Annex I b) Activity project - according to the model that appears in Annex II, and one model must be covered for each activity. c) Certificate issued by the Secretary of the Association regarding the number of members of the Association and the composition of the Board of Directors of the Association, on the date of application (Annex III) d) Creditor file in a standardized model in the case of new beneficiaries or beneficiaries from previous years who have changed bank accounts. (Annex IV) e) Photocopy of CIF in the case of new beneficiaries. f) Declaration of Absence of Conflict of Interest (DACI) in a standardized model. (Annex V) This call and its Annexes will be available on the Ponferrada City Council website, www.ponferrada.org. The amount of the subsidy awarded will be paid in full, according to the provisions of the Fund Disposal Plan of the municipal Treasury, by bank transfer, as an "advance payment" prior to the justification and as necessary financing to be able to carry out the actions inherent to the subsidy in accordance with article 34.4 of the LGS and article 18.3 OGS.
