Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Local Entities of the province of Seville, except Seville capital. Second. Purpose: The municipal emergency and social emergency management program that is the subject of the call aims to grant aid to local entities in the Province of Seville, aimed at granting, by them, emergency and social emergency benefits aimed at families and the most disadvantaged groups, thus avoiding social exclusion. Third. Regulatory Bases: This call will be governed by the Regulatory Bases of the Municipal Social Emergency Management Program, the full text of which is published in the Official Gazette of the province of Seville number 88, of May 8, 2024. Fourth. Amount: The total budget of the Program amounts to 5,000,000.00 euros, contributed by the Provincial Council of Seville, according to the distribution included in the Annex to the Call. Fifth. Deadline for submission of commitment to execution, co-financing and express acceptance of the subsidy: The Local Entities benefiting from the aid will present the document of commitment to execution and express acceptance (ANNEX V of the Regulatory Bases) within 10 days following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province (BOP) addressed to the Area of Social Cohesion and Equality, as the competent body for the instruction of the procedure for granting aid. Sixth. Execution period: The execution period will run from the date of the concession Resolution until December 31, 2025. Seven. Payment of the subsidy: The payment will be made after the approval of the granting resolution of the Presidency of the Provincial Council.
