Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Line 1: Women's associations, which promote the social participation of women and gender equality. Line 2: LGTBI Association/Foundation that promotes awareness against discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity and equality for the lesbian, gay, transsexual, bisexual and intersexual (LGTBI) community. Second. Object: Line 1: Promotion of equal opportunities between Women and Men and aimed at the Women's Associations of the province of Seville. The subsidies regulated in this Line are intended to promote the social participation of women's associations, as a formula to combat the inequalities that they have historically had to face. Activities and actions that develop the objectives contained in its statutes are financially supported, always aimed at the empowerment of women and a social presence in the community. The activities must be aimed at promoting the active participation of women in society, preventing gender violence and/or raising awareness in favor of equal opportunities between women and men. Line 2: Project for awareness-raising and training against discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity and the equality of the lesbian, gay, transsexual, bisexual and intersexual (LGTBI) community in municipalities with less than 20,000 inhabitants in the province of Seville, aimed at LGTBI Associations/Foundations. The subsidies regulated in this Line are intended to raise awareness and train against discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity and the equality of the LGTBI Collective for municipalities with less than 20,000 inhabitants in the province of Seville. Third. Regulatory Bases: This call will be governed by the Type Regulatory Bases for the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime of the Area of Social Cohesion and Equality and the Summary Table of lines 1 and 2, the full text of which is published in the Official Gazette of the province of Seville number 87, of May 7, 2024. Fourth. Amount: The maximum amount to finance both lines of subsidies is 150,000.00 euros. The maximum individual amount will be 2,500.00 euros. In the event that 3 or more associations from the same municipality attend the call, the maximum amount of subsidy per municipality will be 7,500.00 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 business days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Seville. Sixth: Other information: The payment of the subsidy will be made in advance after the approval of the final granting resolution. The execution period for eligible expenses must be from January 1 to December 31, 2024.
